Return Policy
Devices carry a 30-day warranty against any defects not described at the time of purchase excluding anything sold in part or in whole "as-is". We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or customer damage. If a device is damaged in transit, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt and you must be able to provide photos of both the damaged box and the damaged device so that we can file a claim with the carrier. You will be credited for the full value of the device provided you can provide the required photos. If a shipment shows delivered, but the customer is unable to locate the package, we will work with the carrier to locate the package. Nebsys will not be liable if the carrier's records indicate the package was delivered to the correct GPS coordinates and subsequently denies our claim.

RMA's must be submitted online through your portal. You may navigate to the corresponding Sales Order and click Return Order and fill out the form. A button will appear to print a prepaid label.

ALL TRANSACTIONS WITH NEBSYS CORP ARE GOVERNED BY THE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW IN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. YOUR REGISTRATION INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NEBSYS CORP MAY AMEND THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME BY SENDING AN EMAIL OR POSTING THE AMENDED TERMS ON OUR WEBSITE. AMENDED TERMS WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY ARE EMAILED OR POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE.
Sales Process
Only approved buyers of Nebsys Corp. are allowed to purchase goods and services. We reserve the right to approve or deny any company for any reason. Buyers may purchase products from our website or directly from our sales department. Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.
Payments
Nebsys will submit an invoice for remittance of payment. You agree to pay the entire invoice amount to Nebsys Corp within 3 days of the date of invoice unless other arrangements have been made. Your failure to remit payment will result in the cancellation of your order and may result in termination of buying privileges with Nebsys Corp.
Shipping
LTL shipments must be arranged by the Buyer unless other arrangements have been made. All products are shipped directly by Nebsys Corp unless otherwise stated. Upon verification of funds transfer and providing your payment has cleared; your purchased invoice will be released to our shipping and handling department. Shipment will be organized within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment and precise delivery instructions (*Excluding holidays and weekends). Merchandise remaining beyond 10 calendar days following the sale is subject to storage, handling, administration charges and insurance.

Legal Compliance
Buyer represents, warrants and covenants that it will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, acts, ordinances, rules, codes and regulations, guidance, circulars, executive orders and other official releases of or by any government, or any regulatory or other authority, department or agency thereof, in any applicable jurisdiction anywhere in the world (collectively "Laws") in connection with the Equipment, including, but not limited to, those applicable to refurbishing, reselling, recycling and any other disposition and/or treatment, use or disposal of used consumer electronics (in whole or in part), environmental, privacy and disposal Laws. At the Supplier's request, the Buyer shall provide any applicable license or certificate of compliance that verifies the Buyer's compliance with Laws.
Export Restrictions
Buyer agrees to fully comply with all applicable export control laws, and will not export, re-export, release, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any commodities, software, or technology, including any Equipment, for any prohibited end-use, to any entity engaged in the manufacture of nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons, or missile technology; or to any proscribed country (including without limitation Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, or Syria), entity, or person (wherever located), including but not limited to those entities and persons listed on the US Government's Denied Persons List, Unverified List, Entity List, Debarred Parties List or Specially Designated Nationals List, without first obtaining at its own expense written authorization from the US Government authorizing such export, re-export, release, or transfer.
